How much time does Pathfinder require?Challenges take on average an hour to complete and there are 3-5 per week. You can expect to spend 4-6 hours total on weekly Pathfinder work.

How does the Running Partner relationship work?On the road to your next great adventure, you will have a running partner to keep you accountable. Your running partner will play three primary roles—they will listen, affirm, and reflect back promises you made to yourself. The relationship consists of one accountability meeting per week to go over progress, questions, and struggles. You get out what you put in, and we know that you will put in more if you embark on your adventure with someone close by. Walking alongside a driven peer or peers will make your journey both more worthwhile and manageable when the going gets tough. We do our best work when others are watching.
